Chub rub or omg leo why are you bringing up this topic..like whats your damage

Okay folks i know for alot of ladies and some dudes..chub rub is like an ordeal from hell.

Im blogging about this cause..omg..it happened to me..

It was really odd...as a dude im use to jock itch...well not use to it..but something every dude runs into now and then.
So you treat it with over the counter products..

Im not in the best of shape but never experienced chub rub before...i was at the gym fast walking on the treadmill.

The next day or so was like i had saw blades in my pants aimed at my balls😲😲😲..
Yep people males have extra skin folds down there...we are talking ball on thigh contact.

Unfortately noone tells men of chub rub... i honestly though jock itch? Or worse an std??

But for some odd reason my inner thighs got a lil bigger..probably been eating too many salty snacks with the chiefs in the playoffs and retained water etc.

That is what made me think it could be chaffing

Now ofcourse every product and website were addressing women..i was curious how they handled the sutuation.
Everything from wearing bands of cloth on their thighs to wearing powerglide

I did some more reading and it seems part of my problem is overeating..duh..but also wearing cotton underwear..
Ive always been a tighty whitey guy..i hate boxer...and will never wear boxer briefs...
Until now...it seems like a great way to reduce chaffing is to wear nylon or polyester underwear..
Most brands now make cooling underwear...fabric that wisks away moisture etc...basically its polyester mesh..
I have running pants like this...but never thought about it in underwear

But omg...it solved like 90 percent of my problem overnight.
Just one day of wearing them and im tons better..

So it made me wonder...if alot of ladies do have a problem with chaffing...then why don't you just wear mens boxer briefs..get the polyester mesh kind
Or why isnt there a female version of this..

Sure i get its mens underwear..but..it comes down long on the thighs and really protects them from rubbing..

And its not like women dont already wear mens attire..

There's probably something already on the market for us gals. We're not prone to enduring needless suffering. I mean, there has to be a Big O at the end of it, or we aren't interested.

I've never run into the particular problem, but most of us ladies avoid panties made of synthetic materials unless they have cotton crotches. This seems to cut down on UTIs and other unfortunate itching events.

I admit to having had a pair of silk boxers in the past. Okay, it was a "thing" some 10-15 years ago for a woman to wear silk boxers and a cotton camisole in lieu of PJs. Very comfy, but I never wore the boxers as undies. By that time, I was already nearly 100% commando anyway.

For work and exercise it is always cotton.....now for fun or when I know they won't stay on very long that's a different story
