Great blog post. I spend many hours on self-reflection each day and I have many triggers (self-triggers). I have an anxiety disorder (generalized anxiety disorder). Self-reflection and self anxiety triggers are a huge part of my personality with the disorder and without. I enjoy self-reflection very much but the self-induced anxiety triggers can be painful at times.

I'm an introvert so I tend to deal with myself. I avoid people. They trigger my anxiety, exhaust me, and burn me out. But occasionally, when I'm in the mood, I enjoy being social for a brief time. This website is a strange place but it's interesting and it feels safe in a way because it's so unusual.
