As a personal trainer I just wanted to add
a few statements on what I see beoming an all too famailiar
habit amongst weight trainers and bodybuilders who don't
get the results they want, or never seem to grow.
What I regularly see by some most of the people in the gym
is serious OVERTRAINING!!!

Everybody who takes care of themselves has a higher sex
